NURSING CARE: skilled nurse will assist with your medication, manage your nursing care needs, provide you with other professional and quality services under the supervision of your doctor.

PHYSICAL THERAPY: Physical Therapist provides and educates the patient in selfcare mobility, bed mobility, transfers, balance, gait training, safety, range of motion and generalized strengthening.

HOME HEALTH AIDE: Our home health aides assist patients with bathing and personal care, light house keeping, light meals preparation and other activities of daily living.

MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKER: Medical social workers assist patients in securing community resources when needed. The medical social worker also helps the family to cope with the psychological hardship brought forth by the disease process.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE: Nutritional guidance is provided either by a registered dietician or by your nurse, under the directives of your doctor.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY: Occupational Therapists assist patients in improving and restoring lost or impaired function and to adapt to functional limitations affecting the activities of daily living.

SPEECH THERAPY: The speech Therapist will help you in regaining essential communication skills.
